The Long View - registered homeopath in Glossop
IAN MARRIOTT
REGISTERED HOMEOPATH

"Taking the Long View to health"

ABOUT

My name is Ian Marriott. I trained as a homeopath at the Lakeland College of Homeopathy, graduating in 2011 after four years of study, and am registered with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths.

I was drawn to homeopathy after experiencing a series of personal health problems. I found the combination of individual treatment and regular consultations which homeopathy offers to be so effective, that I took the decision to train as a practitioner.

I am also a writer (MA creative writing, poetry) with a strong interest in the natural world - and for much of my life have been a keen walker and climber. Some of the website pictures were taken from a three year period where I lived and worked in Antarctica – working as a mountaineer for the British Antarctic Survey.

Consult

In homeopathy, patients are always treated as a whole, not just for the medical complaint they present with. It is a natural, safe and effective system of medicine - often used for treating babies, children, pregnant women, and the elderly. Read more...

Prescribe

With the information gleaned from the consultation, I endeavour to select a treatment program to complement your symptoms. Remedies will either be given at the end of the appointment, or posted out later – if extra work needs to be done on the case.

Prepare

All treatments are personally prepared, and may include a combination of homeopathic remedies and flower essences most of which are kept in stock.

RATES

Initial appointments at my home are £55 and follow up appointments are £45. A surcharge of £5 may be added for other venues.
